Dinos and Item Transfer is Enabled (This is to prevent the Buffer Overload Crash Error) Survivor Transferring Between Servers is Disabled.
Dino Stats all at Default Ark PerLevelStats (Except Weight which is 2x) Beacon has built-in support for the Ark mod Primal Fear Bosses which means its engrams are already part of Beacons database so you can begin using them.
